InPaint 3.0 to graficzny program służący do usuwania ze zdjęć różnych wad, niepotrzebnych elementów, itp. Program posiada funkcje wycinania elementów podobną w działaniu do profesjonalnego programu Adobe Photoshop. Aplikacja InPaint 3 posiada wbudowany algorytm usuwający fragmenty fotografii. Aby pozbyć się z cyfrowego zdjęcia niepotrzebnego elementu, wystarczy zaznaczyć za pomocą (pędzla o regulowanej grubości), cześć obrazu, którą chcemy usunąć, a później naciskamy przycisk (Inpaint) i fragment znika. Aplikacja InPaint za pomocą inteligentnego algorytmu zastąpi niechciany element obrazem wygenerowanym, na podstawie sąsiadujących z wymazywanym fragmentem obszarów. Każda operacja na cyfrowych zdjęciach jest unikalna i efekt za każdym razem możne być rożny. Jeśli efekt pracy programu nie będzie zadowalający za pierwszym razem, korzystając z tej samej funkcji można wprowadzać kolejne poprawki, aż do uzyskania zakładanego efektu finalnego, etc.

Dodatkowo program oferuje także opcje usuwania przeplotu, synchronizacji dźwiękunapisów, ustalania formatu wyświetlanego obrazu (4:3, 16:9, kinowy) i standardu odtwarzanego dźwięku (stereo, 5.1).

Wersja PRO została wzbogacona m.in. o możliwość tworzenia zrzutów ekranu, organizowania plików wideo w listy, dodatkowe tryby dźwięku (przestrzenny, 7.1, SPDIFHDMI) oraz zaawansowany mechanizm zarządzania energią.
